Can we install the PV generation system on the roof even if the roof is a little old?

Yes, we are considering to replace / reinforce the roof to install the system. Please be noted that the purchase price will be a little higher because of the replacement/reinforcement cost. We have an experience that we replaced the roof before system installation in Thailand.

How long is the PPA term?

We basically offer from 10 to 20 years as per your request.

Is it possible to terminate the PPA before the contract expires?

Yes, it is possible, but we set a termination payment according to the remaining contract years.

What happens to the system if the factory is relocated during the PPA term?

We are happy to support to relocate the system with the factory, but the cost related to the relocation will be owned by customer.

After the PPA term, do we have to operate and maintain the system by ourselves?

Yes, but we can also provide the service with separate contract related to O&M.

Which manufacturer's solar panel are you going to install?

Almost panels we use are from Chinese manufactures. Just for your information, most of the top 10 panels in the world are coming from Chinese manufacturers called “Tier 1”, and they are providing the product with certain warranty.

Can you support to dispose the solar panels at the end of its service life?

Yes, we can support.

If the size of the roof is small, is it possible to install the system in parking area or other vacant space?

Yes, It is possible. However, the installation of the system in different areas may incur additional costs, which can vary depending on the condition of each specific area.

Can you arrange the Green Certificate as well?

Yes, we can offer you.

We are purchasing the electricity from [B-Grim] (not PEA/MEA) currently…

There may be some restrictions in the contract with B-Grim about the electricity purchase.
If you want, we can support to confirm the contract and communicate with them.
